19 MORE DAYS TO FHA. FUUUUCCCKKK. really hope to rope in a Silver. :S anyways, i finally cooked my mango salsa dish. chicken was a little hard though. hmm... maybe i should try duck breast next time. my prawn bisque was better than the previous time. mango salsa turn out perfect but would be better if i used a less riped mango.. next dishes to try out - Main; Sauteed Enoki wrapped with Streaky Bacon and Black Pepper sauce. Dessert; Coffee Panna Cotta with White Chocolate Shavings. hmm, should i have a soup or appetiser first? will look into it again. btw, i think i got a placing in MBS. BIG =D! but for ikang, he's being place on hold for the time being.. sorry uh bro.. i miss b sooo much today. unlike other days, i actually sms-ed him first. SHOCKING. hahaha ftw! went out with yl last Sunday. Bakerzin was good. and i actually forgot they sell Creme Brulee. == wtffffffff hahaha. tomorrow i'll see if i can drag my lazy arse out early to shop for my next cook-off on this coming Sunday.... hm... AH! i know what i can do for appetizers.. BRUCHETTA. =D
